Improvement of production molds and structures to enhance production quality and productivity

Our company provides the production and manufacturing of TYPE C TO LIGHTNING imitation original data lines for Polarop Technology Company (the customer provides the mold). Before using the unimproved mold and structure, the final product qualification rate of the product production line was only about 80%, and only 100% of the finished products were completed every day. The specified output is about 70%. After we improved the mold and structure through communication between engineers and customers, the final product qualification rate reached more than 98%, and the output completed more than 100% of the specified output every day. It has solved the customer's demand for quality and production capacity and has been recognized by customers. So far, customers have been placing orders with us.
